Re: Two Farley residence arrested on drug charges pursuant to a search warrant that was executed at there residence.

On Tuesday afternoon March 27th 2007 the McCracken County Sheriff's Department's Drug Division was contacted by Kentucky Probation and Parole officers concerning an individual that was currently on probation that had attempted to produce a drug screen by utilizing another individuals urine. The urine that had been submitted was from a 3 year old female. Detectives determined through the investigation that the female lived at 180 Butler Street Lot A with her parents. Detectives had received complaints concerning this same location in the recent past. The complaints alleged there to be heavy traffic in and out of the residence. This type of activity is sometimes consistent of illegal drug sales from a location.

The investigation continued throughout the afternoon hours and subsequently lead to detectives obtaining a search warrant for the residence. A search of the residence revealed Marijuana, Cocaine, pill bottles that had been filled the day prior with over 100 of the pills missing, items of drug paraphernalia, drug type ledgers, and other related items. Detectives also discovered the residence to be occupied by two small children, Tina Clark and Bradley Spees. Bradley Spees had a bag that contained Cocaine in his pocket and Marijuana was recovered in plain view within easy reach of the children inside the home along with Cocaine related items.

Upon interviewing Tina Clark she admitted that she had tried to help a friend out earlier by allowing her 3 year old daughter to urinate in a cup adding that it would allow her friend to pass her drug test for her parole officer. Clark also admitted that she had been selling her pills (Hydrocodone and Diazepam pills) for $5.00 each. The investigation indicated that Clark had sold approximately 100 pills in the last 24 hours.
