Re: 2 separate drug arrest in McCracken County
On Friday March 30, 2007 the McCracken County Sheriff's Departments Drug Division received information alleging illegal drug activity to be occurring at 701 South 28th Street Lot # 1, the Dennis Coley residence. As part of the investigation detectives conducting an undercover Marijuana purchase from Mr. Coley from his residence which subsequently lead to obtaining a search warrant to search his residence. Detectives executed of the search warrant at 701 South 28th Street Lot # 1 at 8:14 p.m. A search of the residence revealed just under 8 ounces of Marijuana, digital scales, baggies, US currency, drug paraphernalia, and other related items from inside the home. Mr. Coley admitted to officers that he sells Marijuana adding that he sells it to support his own drug habit.
Detectives later received information on this same day that alleged illegal drugs were being sold at 1345 Fisher Road. To further investigate this complaint detectives conducted a covert operation that entailed undercover officers purchasing a quantity of Marijuana from the resident of this location (Kelly Randazzo). Detectives then obtained a search warrant for the residence at 10:17 p.m. A search of the residence revealed a quantity of Marijuana, items of drug paraphernalia, US currency, prescription controlled medication (Valium), and other related items.
Arrested: Colley, Dennis E. 56 years of age

Charges: Trafficking In Marijuana Under 8 Ounces 2nd Offense
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense
Dennis Coley has prior past convictions for trafficking in Marijuana under 8 ounces, possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrested: Randazzo, Kelly D. 39 years of age
Of Fisher Road
Charges: Trafficking In Marijuana under 8 Ounces 1st Offense
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense
Possession Of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Valium)
Both suspects were arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
