Re: Residential Burglary Investigation

An early Sunday morning residential burglary in the Lone Oak area has resulted in one arrest. A homeowner who resides on Lakeview Drive in Lone Oak arrived home at about 5:45AM Sunday morning to find that her home had been broken into. Glass from a rear door had been broken out enabling the burglar to unlock the door. The suspect stole clothing, jewelry, alcohol, and other items.

Sheriff Deputies responded to the home and initiated an investigation. By 7:40AM that morning, an arrest had been made. Deputies learned during the investigation that the suspect that committed the burglary was going to attempt to return some of the stolen items. At about 7:40AM, deputies arrested the suspect in a nearby parkinglot with the stolen items.

Arrested: McGuire, Jessica D. 33 yoa of Paducah

Charge: Burglary 2nd Degree

She was lodged at the McCracken Co. Regional Jail. McCracken Sheriff's Deputy Dwayne Pickett conducted the investigation.
