Re: Drug Arrest

On 07-07-07 at approximately 13:17 hrs detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff Department Drug Division conducted a home search at 2440 Said Road the Presley D. Ford Jr. residence in McCracken County after receiving complaints of alleged drug activity occurring at the residence that led to one arrest. A search of residence revealed a plastic container that contained marijuana, plastic baggies that contained marijuana, an ink pen tube that contained methamphetamine residue, and several plastic straws that contained methamphetamine residue. Presley D. Ford Jr. was arrested and transported to the McCracken Regional Jail. Kentucky State Police K-9 officer David Archer and his K-9 Rex assisted in the search.

Arrested: Presley D. Ford Jr.

Dob: 11-19-1959

Charges: Possession of a first degree controlled substance- methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia
