Re: Noble Rd. Injury Accident
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office responded to a one car rollover accident this afternoon. Prior to Deputies arrival witnesses notified Dispatchers that the two individuals that were in the car had fled the scene in another car. While waiting for Bell's Wrecker Service to remove the overturned vehicle from the ditch, the registered owner returned to the scene on foot. He was complaining of back pain and was transported by Mercy Regional EMS to Western Baptist Hospital. He informed Deputies that he was the driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident. Witnesses placed him in the passengers seat and stated that another subject had been driving. He was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and alcohol intoxication in a public place. The investigation is ongoing.
