Suspect: Allan M. Fisher

DOB: 04/01/79 (28 years old)

Address: Farley Community, McCracken County

On August 6th, 2007 the McCracken County Sheriff's Detective Division received a complaint in reference to possible sexual abuse of a four year old female. Interviews were conducted with the four year old victim. The suspect was asked to come in for an interview, which he did. He asked to contact an attorney, which he did. The interview continued and after the interview was conducted, the suspect was aloud to leave. After further investigation and interviews, the suspect was arrested on 10/25/07 and charged with Sodomy 1st. Which is a Class A Felony. Suspect was taken to the McCracken Co. Regional Jail. Bond was set at $250,000 cash. We were assisted by Susan Carneal, Social Services Investigator.
