REF: CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT

The McCracken Co. Sheriff's Dept. is currently investigating a forgery case at several businesses in McCracken Co. The suspect has stolen and forged several checks in McCracken, Graves, and Hickman counties in Kentucky and Union City, Tennessee. This agency along with the Mayfield Police Dept. are working together on this case.

In our first release one of the subjects aired on the WPSD Broadcast was identified as Sherry Hague. Ms. Hague was arrested for several counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. Along with her Tonia S. Jackson was charged with the same offense. In our interview with these two suspects, we were able to determine a third suspect. This person is identified as Earnest Saxton. Mr. Saxton is a black male, approx. 54 years old, 5'9", brown eyes and black hair, weighing approx. 230 lbs. Mr. Saxton's last know residence is 216 S. 7th St., Mayfield, KY.
