On 01/02/08 the McCracken County Sheriff's Department took a report for Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card Over $100.00. Between August of 2007 and October of 2007 the credit card was used at numerous businesses in McCracken County and city of Paducah and used on the internet to make purchases out of state. After interviewing Shane W. Rudolph on 01/10/08 at the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, he confessed to taking the credit card and using the card to purchase $23,000.00 in merchandise. Some of the merchandise purchased included tires, rims, car stereo equipmment, gasoline and food. Rudolph was charged with Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card/Over $100.00 and he was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
