Re: Wanted Person for Rape 3rd degree (No force)

Between the dates of July 2007 and October 2007, Luis (AKA Jose) Rosales, 24, had sexual intercourse with a 14 year old female. Rosales was reported to have had sexual intercourse with the victim on several occasions. The sexual intercourse reportedly resulted in the victim becoming pregnant.

At the time of this release, Rosales is wanted on a charge of Rape 3rd degree. Rosales is currently on the run.

Anyone with information to Rosales whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Darrin Frommeyer of the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.
