TWO ARRESTED AFTER SEARCH OF WEST PADUCAH HOME

 

The McCracken County Sheriff Department received information alleging illegal drug activity to be occurring at 8325 Blandville Road. Sheriff's detectives went to the home and conducted a search on Tuesday April 1st, 2008 at 12:45 p.m.

 

A search of the residence revealed a quantity of Cocaine, Marijuana, two sets of digital scales, several different prescription pill's (most of which were not in there proper containers), baggies with missing corners (commonly seen where drugs are being packaged for sale), and other related items.

 

Jeremy Morrison and Cathy Morrison (mother and son) were arrested and transported to the McCracken County Sheriff Department where interviews ensued. Both individuals were then taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.

 

ARRESTED: Morrison, Jeremy L. 30 years of age

CHARGES: Possession Of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Xanax)

Possession Of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Lorcet)

Possession Of A Controlled Substance Not In A Proper Container

Possession Of A Legend Drug

Possession Of A Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Cocaine)

Trafficking In Marijuana Under 8 Ounces 1st Offense

Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense

 

Mr.. Morrison was also arrested on two outstanding arrest warrant.

CHARGES: Possession Of Marijuana Under 8 Ounces

Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense
