Joseph W. Branch was charged with 3 Counts of Rape, 3 Counts of Sodomy on March 11, 2008 by Detective Tom Emery. The victim was a thirteen year old female. On Friday, April 25, 2008, the case was presented before the McCracken Co. Grand Jury and they returned indictments on 3 Counts of Rape and 3 Counts of Sodomy. Each count carries a 5-10 year sentence. All of the incidents took place at Lone Oak Manor.
