On 05/06/08, the McCracken County Sheriff's Department received a call to respond to a shots fired call. The address is 201 Highland Church Road, McCracken County. Upon arrival, the Deputies found the front door of an apartment kicked in. I spoke with the victim later at the hospital. The victim reported he had come home and was confronted by two black males. One black male ran out of the residence and the other black male ran out a few seconds later. The victim gave chase and tackled one of the black males in the front yard, a scuffle ensued and the victim was assaulted by the black male. The black male got up and fired a shot and took off running. At this time this is all the information I can release. Patrick K. Owens JR. (AKA: PK) AGE:19 Height: 5'7 Weight: 140.
