On 05/06/08, The McCracken County Sheriff's Department responded to a shots fired call at 201 Highland Church Road, McCracken County. At this time there is a suspect, Patrick K. Owens JR. (AKA: PK)19 year old B/M. Owens has no permanent address at this time. Warrants for his arrest have been issued, the charges are as follows: Robbery 1st.- Burglary 1st.- Wanton Endangerment 1st.- TBUT/O and Assault 2nd. During the commission of this crime, there was a pistol stolen and the victim was assaulted.
