Injury accident on KY. 131

A Ledbetter woman received minor injuries in a crash that occurred on KY 131 @ 11:54 am. Rhonda J. Foster, age 42 of Ledbetter was traveling east on Reidland Road (KY 131) in a 2002 Cadillac Escalade approximately 7 miles east of Paducah when she slowed to make a left turn. Barbara J. Walker, age 56, of Paducah was following behind Foster in a 1995 Cadillac and failed to notice that Foster had slowed to make a turn. Walker ran into the rear of the Foster vehicle. Deputy Malcolm Couch noted the left turn signal on the Foster vehicle was still blinking when he arrived on scene.

Foster was transported to Western Baptist Hospital by Mercy Regional Ambulance after she complained of chest pains. No update on her condition at this time, but any injuries appeared to be minor. No charges have been taken.
