After a month long investigation by the McCracken County Sheriff's Department Detective Division. John S. Lynn who resides on Old Mayfield Road, McCracken County, was charged and arrested for 20 counts of Sodomy 1st. on 07/02/08. The charges date back to 1984. At that time the victim was a 16 year old male. The case is still under investigation by Detective Tom Emery.
