At 1330 this date a 1992 Buick driven by Angelica Watson of West Paducah (dob 07/18/1992) was traveling south on Bradford road. She stated that a red vehicle was in the center of the road. When she moved over to avoid the vehicle she dropped off the side of the road losing control. She hit the curb/culvert at Hall road and then struck a utility pole which she broke. She was transported to Western Baptist Hospital by mercy regional. .
