 Three Charged with Drug Possession

 
   On 12-12-2008 at approximately 10:00am the McCracken County Sheriff's Department was contacted by Heath High School Principle Russ Tilford. Tilford requested assistance with an investigation where school officials had located small quantities of marijuana on one student's person and in two different student's vehicles that were located on school property. Deputy Tom Crabtree responded to the school located at 4330 Metropolis Lake Road. The investigation lead to school officials and Sheriff's Deputies recovering five plastic baggies of marijuana weighing approximately one ounce. As a result  of the investigation three 17 year old students were charged with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Deputy Tom Crabtree. A court designated worker was contacted and the juveniles were released to his/her parent or guardians.
