Suspect Charged With Using A Employer's Credit Card
On 01/21/09, J.P. Kelly, the President of Triangle Insulation, reported that an employee, Lyle H. Clark, had been using the business credit card to purchase items for personal use.
Kelly discovered that Clark had purchased several computer parts from Newegg.com and Best Buy. Kelly reported that the card was used 24 times totaling over $10,000.
Upon questioning Clark, it was discovered that he opened an online account with Newegg and had the computer parts sent to Triangle Insulation, where he was employed. According to Clark, he was using the purchased merchandise to build a computer.
On this date, Clark was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and lodged in the McCracken Regional Jail.
Suspect: Lyle H. Clark, Carr Rd., West Paducah, Ky.
Charges: Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card O/100 within a 6 month period
