A 15 year old Juvenile of Paducah was arrested this morning after he was served with a Juvenile Pick-up order. Yesterday afternoon the McCracken County Sheriff's Department received a complaint from Heath Middle school principal Matthew Blackwell and school resource officer Jimmy Ford. Ford told sheriff's deputies that the juvenile was involved in an altercation at school with another student that resulted in a 13 year old being injured. A pick-up order was issued and signed by the judge. The incident was reported after normal school hours and efforts to locate the juvenile at home Friday were unsuccessful. 

The juvenile in question was located this morning at home and taken into custody without incident.
