On March 12, 2009 at approximately 5:00pm someone gained access to a vehicle, by force, that was parked at Energy Fitness in Paducah, KY. A credit card was taken from the vehicle. A short time later the stolen credit card was used at Max Fuel on Lone Oak Road. The perpetrator then attempted to use the card at two more local businesses, but was unsuccessful. The suspect is a black male, probably between 30 and 40 years of age. If anyone has information as to the identity or whereabouts of the subject in the attached photograph they should contact the McCracken County Sheriff's Department at 444-4719 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. The Sheriff's Department would like to take this opportunity too remind the public to remove the keys from vehicles when they are unattended and to secure valuables in the trunk or place them out of sight if you are going to be away from the vehicle.
