At approximately 1916 this date a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Oaks Road and Sheehan Bridge Road. A 2005 Dodge Pickup driven by David Marshall 35 of Paducah was traveling west on Sheehan Bridge Road. Mr. Marshall Failed to yield right of way to a 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Jesse Day Jr. of Paducah. Mr. Day was traveling south on Oaks Road. Mr. Marshall's vehicle struck Mr. Day's vehicle causing Mr. Day's vehicle to overturn and land upright. Mercy EMS transported Mr. Day to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Reidland Fire assisted at the scene. The accident was investigated by Deputy Kevin Carter.
