On this date the McCracken County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to Four Rivers Harley Davidson in response to a theft complaint. Angela Sue Garret (24) and George Garret (47) ,who are father and daughter, had been in the store twice today and purchased approximately $800.00 worth of clothing and accessories using worthless checks. The Garret's were lured back to the store under the pretense of receiving a free gift. When they arrived at the store they were met by Deputy Ray Smith who began an investigation into the matter. As a result of the investigation George Garret was charged with two counts of theft by deception under $300.00 which are misdemeanor charges. Angela Garret was charged with one count of theft by deception over $300.00 a felony, and one count of theft by deception under $300.00 a misdemeanor. Both subjects were lodged in the McCracken County Jail
