Deputy Steve Croft and K-9 partner Derec, observed a vehicle traveling down Kentucky Ave. approaching Walter Jetton. The vehicle turned right onto Walter Jetton and did not use a turn signal. Deputy Croft stopped the vehicle, to find that a Ronnie Crockett of Walter Jetton was operating the vehicle. Upon approaching the driver, a odor of Alcohol was coming from Mr. Crockett. Deputy Croft asked Mr. Crockett to step out of the vehicle, to take a few field sobriety test. Mr. Crockett was very nervous and was found to have Crack Cocaine in his possession. Mr. Crockett was arrested for Possession of a Controlled substance 1st Degree. Class D Felony.
