Numerous cars entered over the weekend in Reidland / One ATV 4-Wheeler Stolen
At least six (6) cars were ransacked in the Reidland area over the weekend.
Areas include Fieldmont Drive, (2005 Chyrsler and a Ford P'up) both vehicles had been left unlocked. The suspects ransacked both vehicles but nothing was reported stolen.
5600 block of Kentucky Dam Road. A car was entered and approx $12.00 dollars in change was taken. The vehicle was left unlocked.
400 block of Castleton Pike (Canterberry Hills subdivision) Two vehicles there were also unlocked and ransacked. The only thing reported taken was a carton of cigarettes.
400 block Carson Way (Canterberry Hills) One vehicle there was entered. Nothing was reported missing from this unlocked vehicle.
100 block of Landview. $12.00 dollars in change was taken from a pickup there.
"In every one of these reports, it was noted that the vehicle had been left unlocked by the owners. We encourage everyone to always lock there vehicles."
"Two to three male juveniles had been seen in these areas, and are considered suspects at this time. Anyone with any information as to the identity of the suspects are asked to call the McCracken County Sheriff's Department."
In the same area of the county on Sheehan Bridge Road, a 2000 Yamaha Kodiak 4-wheeler was stolen from a residence in the 100 block. The ATV is valued at several thousand dollars.

The majority of these thefts occurred late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
