At 0810 this morning Anthony T Mason age 22 of Mayfield, KY was west bound on US60 driving a 1992 Chevrolet S-10 when he or unknown reason exited the right side of the roadway and hit a driveway culvert. He then rolled over causing extensive damage to the vehicle. Mason was not wearing a seatbelt. He had to be extricated by mechanical means by West McCracken Fire Dept. This took place approximately 100 yards from the Ballard county line. Mason was transported to Western Baptist hospital by Mercy Regional with injuries to his head.
