At approximately 1604 hours this date a pickup truck driven by 25 year old Marc Bommarito of Redford Twp, Michigan was West bound on U S Highway 60 West. The driver lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadway. The vehicle spun out of control, crossed over the median into the East bound lane of traffic. The vehicle flipped onto it's side landing in the ditch on the South side of the highway. The driver was trapped inside of the vehicle and had to be extradited by mechanical means, by members of the West McCracken Fire Department. Mercy EMS transported the driver to Lourdes Hospital for treatment.
