An ongoing investigation led detectives to a local pawn shop, where stolen property was discovered.

On 06/13/09, Dalvin B. Todd, 44, pawned a miter saw and chainsaw, which was later determined to belong to Charles Cole, a former employer of Mr. Todd's. It was reported by Mr. Cole that Mr. Todd did not have permission to have the tools.

On 07/07/09, Mr. Cole reported that Mr. Todd was seen, by a neighbor, entering the garage at his residence and taking an air compressor. The neighbor was able to identify Mr. Todd and his vehicle.

Suspect: Dalvin B. Todd, 44, Ward St. Paducah, Ky.

Charges: Knowingly Receiving stolen property O/300

Burglary 3rg Degree

Theft by unlawful taking U/500
