Theft Of A Controled Substance 1st.

On 06/10/09, Joseph Scott reported that someone took a prescription of Lortabs from his home, on Benton Rd, Paducah, KY. During the investigation, it was determined that the prescription was filled at a local pharmacy on 06/29/2009. The Evidence that was collected showed Benny O. Kaler was in possession of the prescription and he paid for the Lortabs. Mr. Kaler was interviewed at the McCracken County Sheriff's Department and later arrested on a warrant for Theft Of A Control Substance 1st Degree A Class D Felony.

Suspect: Benny O. Karler, 43, Carson Way, Paducah, Ky,

Charge: Theft Of A Control Substance 1st.Degree
