Reidland Couple Arrested On Drug Possession Charges

 

The McCracken County Sheriff Department Drug Division received complaints of Marijuana use at a Reidland apartment located at 101 Lottie Court Apartment # 2. Drug Detectives went to the apartment to investigate the complaint on 07/16/09 at approximately 22:39 p.m. Detectives found the apartment occupied by three adults and two juveniles. A search of the apartment revealed a quantity of Marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia. Complaints alleged disruption in the area due to the drug consumption.

Detectives determined based on admissions that the Marijuana belonged to Patricia D. Barnes and Bradley D. Waldridge. Waldridge was currently on a probation ankle monitor. Both admitted to smoking Marijuana a short time prior to detectives arrival. Both Barnes and Waldridge were arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail without incident.

CHARGES: Possession Of Marijuana Under 8 Ounces

Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense

 

ARRESTED: Waldridge, Bradley D. 41 years of age

Of Lottie Court

 

CHARGES: Possession Of Marijuana Under 8 Ounces

Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense

 

Both individuals had prior drug convictions.
