A two car collision sends a Kevil woman to the hospital.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department investigated a two car collision at Gholson Road and Harris Road. The collision sent 31year old Jessica Wilks of Kevil, and her two children to Western Baptist Hospital with minor injuries. The children a 10 year old and a 14 month old did not appear to be injured but were transported and evaluated. The driver of the other car was not injured. She is 18 year old Hannah Rankin of Paducah. Ms. Rankin was pulling off from a stop sign on Gholson Road heading east, just as Ms. Wilks came over the hill and around the curve on Harris Road. When they collided it spun Ms. Rankin's car struck a stop sign and spun down a small hill. Concorde Fire Department assisted at the scene and the patients were transported by Mercy Regional.
