At approx 0130 hrs an ATV operated by Josh Luna, 18 y.o.a., of Paducah, was observed traveling at a high rate of speed west on Woodville Road in West Paducah. The ATV left the roadway and, after a brief search, was located parked behind the Snow residence at 8325 Woodville Road. Mr. Luna had fled on foot. A second ATV could also be heard in the area. Also located hiding in a vehicle in the driveway of this residence was 19 year old Kyle Zervas, 19 year old Adam Brooks, 18 year old Justin Jones, and a 17 year old male juvenile located on the front porch. Initially all of these subjects stated they knew nothing about the ATV that had just been parked behind this mobile home. Kentucky State Police Trooper J. Clark and McCracken County Sheriff's Deputy C. Golightly responded to the area to assist. Further investigation revealed this ATV was one of two that had been stolen a short time earlier from a residence in Pope County IL. The second ATV and yet another stolen ATV were located at Mr. Zervas's residence in an open shed. The additional ATV was from a Burglary which occurred in Marshall County approx a week prior.

The original suspect, 18 year old Josh Luna, was also located and arrested for the thefts of the ATV's.

The Investigation concluded all these subjects had participated in the theft of these three ATV's.

The total value of these thefts was in excess $13,000.00.
