On this date, Gerald J. Klibert, 48, was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking O/10,000.

Between 12/01/08 and 08/17/09, Mr. Klibert, the general manager of Tyler Mountain Water, sold over $10,000 in equipment and scrap metal, which belonged to the company. Mr. Klibert sold the equipment to various individuals and businesses without authorization from the company.

During the same time period, Mr. Klibert used the company credit card to purchase over $10,000 in merchandise and services without company authorization.

Most of the money and purchases were used for Mr. Klibert's personal use.

Suspect: Gerald J. Klibert, 48, Magnolia Dr. Paducah, Ky.

Charges: Two counts of theft by unlawful taking O/10,000
