On Sunday 08/30/2009 I was called to the m Mt. Carmel Cemetery on a sexual abuse call. Upon arrival I spoke with Deputies Greg Moyers and Davant Ramage and was told that Vair B. Taylor age 34, had been raped by a live in boyfriend. Ms. Taylor was taken to the hospital. Ms. Taylor was interviewed at the hospital my myself and Deputy Moyers. We were told that Ms. Taylor had been abused at 1170 Miller St. Paducah Ky. Ms. Taylor stated that she got away from her boyfriend and ran to a creek behind the apartment. She said that her boyfriend found her there and took her to the cemetery and raped her.

In the investigation I was able to found out that Ms. Taylor's boyfriend was in was in North Carolina and has been since Wednesday 08/26/2009. Ms. Taylor was arrested for Alcohol Intoxication In A Public Place and Falsely Reporting An Incident. Ms. Vair B. Taylor was taken to the McCracken County Jail and her bond is $300

The McCracken Sheriff's Department will not tolerate anyone Falsely Reporting a crime and anyone who does will be prosecuted.
