A 17 year old juvenile from Lovelaceville was arrested and charged with DUI 1st, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and charged with Failure To Produce Insurance Card. He was stopped for failing to dim his headlights. During the stop the deputy saw a baggie in the console. The baggie contained approximately 13.6 grams of marijuana. Also found in the vehicle was a set of electronic scales, and marijuana roaches.
