At 11:19 a.m. the McCracken County Sheriff's Office received a call of a bomb threat at Lone Oak High School. A written threat was located in the school by a student who notified a teacher of the discovery. Students were evacuated and classes were interrupted for approximately one hour until a search of the school was completed. This incident is under investigation by School Resource Officers and Sheriff's Deputies.
