On this date Lorraine Peterson was charged with Stalking First Degree. Mrs. Peterson who had previously been convicted of Stalking Second Degree of an individual on August 2, 2005, put the same individual and a juvenile in fear of serious physical injury by approaching the victims residence on more than one occasion, shaking some type of club at the victim and following the victim around town and into the McCracken County Courthouse. Mrs. Peterson was lodged in the McCracken County Jail with a $5000.00 cash bond.
