INJURY ACCIDENT ON US 45.

At 1647 a injury accident sent 40 year old Jim Mullins of Mayfield to the hospital. He was operating a 1989 Kawasaki Voyager Motorcycle and was South bound on US 45. 19 year old Jessica Davis of Paducah was attempting to cross US 45 in a 2000 Chrysler 300. Davis states that she looked but failed to see Mullins and pulled out in front of him. Mullins tried to avoid the collision but struck Davis in the right side. Mullins was transported to Lourdes Hospital by Mercy Regional complaining of knee pain. Davis was not injured. Lone Oak Fire Department assisted at the scene.
