McCracken County Deputies were dispatched to the 8400 block of Clinton Road for a disturbance. When deputies arrived they found where a 23 year old Melber man had backed his truck up and struck a propane tank that belonged to a neighbor. Damian Reed was arrested for DUI 2nd offense. He was also charged with prescription not in proper container, and failure to produce insurance card. The Lone Oak Fire Department assisted at the scene insuring the propane tank was not leaking and was safe until it could be placed back into it's position. Mr. Reed was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
