|
On
11-12-09 at approximatley 0945, the McCracken County Sheriff's
Office responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Benton
Road (US68) and Rosebower Church Road.
Mitchell
Brooks, 18 of Kuttawa, was operating a Chevy truck when he
rear-ended a Ford suv driven by Cheryl Perilloux, 56 of Paducah.
Mr.
Brooks was taken by Mercy EMS to Lourdes Hospital for medical
treatment. He sustained a head injury. He was also not
wearing a seatbelt. Mrs. Perilloux was not injured and was
wearing her seatbelt.
Mr.
Brooks' Chevy truck sustained severe damage and had to be towed
from the wreck scene by Sullivan's.
The
Reidland-Farley Fire Department helped assist at the wreck scene as
well.
