Two Vehicle Accident sends two to the hospital.

On November 13th at approximately 7:11 PM, McCracken County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to a two vehicle injury accident at the intersection of New Holt Road and North Friendship.  Shelly McClary, 50, of Wickliffe Ky, was west bound on New Holt Road in a 2004 Chevrolet sedan when witnesses stated she disregarded the traffic light at Holt and Friendship and her vehicle collided with the vehicle of Cori Dugan, 31 of Paducah, KY.  Mrs. Dugan operating a 2008 Volvo SUV and was accompanied by her husband and their small child.  Mrs. Dugan's child was treated by Mercy Regional and transported to Lourdes for further treatment.   Mrs. McClary was treated by Mercy Regional Ambulance and transported to Western Baptist for her injuries.  Concord Fire Department assisted at the scene.  The intersection was blocked off with limited traffic until approximately 8:32 PM due to fluids from Mrs. McClary's vehicle.  Concord Fire Department used a brush truck to wash down the roadway and put peet moss on the affected area.
