On November 17th, 2009 Clifford Vance and Charles Ambrose, both of Paducah were charged with Burglary. An investigation led to evidence that Ambrose and Vance entered a residence on Smith Avenue taking items from the residence. Further investigation led to evidence that Vance and Ambrose had entered a garage located on the same property taking several tools. Both Vance and Ambrose had previously worked for the homeowner doing odd jobs around his residence. Charles Ambrose was charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Burglary 3rd degree. Clifford Vance was charged with Burglary 3rd degree.
Vance was previously charged with two counts of Burglary 2nd degree in this same case.
