In
reference to the last press release, further investigation
revealed that the McCracken Co Sheriff's dept was provided
false information about the details of the accident. The investigation
revealed that Justin Kramer was the actual driver and only
occupant of the vehicle. This investigation is ongoing.

At
approximately 0900 this morning 45 year old Connie Kramer was
driving west bound on highland church rd with her 16 year old
son Justin Kramer in the passenger seat. She made a sharp
curve close to Phipps St. when a deer run out in front
of her. She swerved to missed the deer causing her to
lose control. She spun around 180 degrees leaving the right
side of the roadway and coming to rest in a ditch. Connie
transported her son to Lourdes hospital by private vehicle
with a possible head injury.
