Accident with injuries stops traffic on US 62

 Officers responded to a accident with injuries at the intersection of Blandville Rd ( US 62 ) and KY 286 at 3:41 PM. Upon arrival investigation showed that Elizabeth Lindner 56 of Cave City KY and her passenger James Humm 56 of Glasgow KY. Were traveling west bound on Blandville Rd. in a 1987 Chevy Cavalier.  When Kenneth Preston 64 of Patton MO. pulled out in front of them at the intersection of KY 286. Mr. Preston was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Venture Van. Mr. Preston and his two passengers Darrell Preston 62 and Ola Preston 66 also both from Patton MO. were all transported to Lourdes Hospital for what appeared to be non life threatening injuries. Miss Lindner and Mr. Humm were transported to Western Baptist Hospital also for non life threatening injuries. Road was closed for about one hour while emergency crews worked to clean up the accident.
