Couple Arrested For Smoking Pot with Kids

McCracken County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested a Paducah couple on Marijuana related charges after an investigation that led to a search warrant.
 
On January 15th, 2010 at approximately 3:07 pm McCracken County Sheriff's Detectives with the drug division executed a search warrant at 2805 Benton Road in McCracken County. The search warrant was a result of an investigation conducted earlier in the day by Sheriff Detectives after they received information that Traver Tyree and Christina Muso were using and providing marijuana for two 15 year old minor children who were also living at the Benton Road residence. 
 
Detectives searched the Benton Road residence and located a quantity of Marijuana, hemostats, rolling papers and other assorted items of drug paraphernalia. Detectives conducted interviews with the children along with Tyree and Muso. Detectives determined through their interviews that Muso and Tyree had in fact provided and smoked Marijuana with two 15 year old minor children over the past several months at the residence.
 
Detectives contacted the Cabinet for Families and Children who assisted in the investigation and placed the children with family members.
 
Tyree and Muso were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail. 
 
Arrested: Traver W. Tyree 41, of Benton Road in Paducah
 
Charges:  Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Transaction With a Minor 2nd Degree (A class "D" felony punishable by up to 1-5 years in prison)
 
Arrested: Christina A. Muso 41, of Benton Road in Paducah
 
Charges:  Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Transaction With a Minor 2nd Degree (A class "D" felony punishable by up to 1-5 years in prison
