Paducah Men Arrested For Cocaine Trafficking | ||||

McCracken
County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested two Paducah men
on Cocaine trafficking charges after a two day
investigation.
On
January 19th, 2010 at approximately 4:30 pm Sheriff's
Detectives with drug division assisted by the Marshall County
Sheriff Department utilized an undercover agent and purchased a
quantity of Cocaine from Larry J. Wilson in the 2500 block
of Ohio Street in Paducah.
On
January 20th, 2010 at approximately 4:31 pm McCracken County
Sheriff's Detectives with the drug division assisted by
the Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted an
undercover operation utilizing a undercover agent to make
a cocaine purchase near the intersection of South 25th and
Adams Streets in Paducah.
Sheriff's detectives observed a white in color Chrysler
passenger car pull along side of the vehicle driven by the
undercover agent. Detectives observed a rear passenger
identified as Larry J. Wilson exit the Chrysler and sell the
undercover $200 worth of crack cocaine. Detectives
conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by the two
individuals. The driver was identified as Timothy C. McNeal 25, of
Harrison Street A.K.A. "Fat Daddy". The rear
passenger who had sold the Cocaine to the undercover agent was
identified as Larry J. Wilson 24, of Martin Luther King Boulevard
A.K.A. "Dooley". Detectives searched Wilson and
located an ounce of marijuana in Wilson's coat pocket along with US
currency believed to be proceeds from Wilson's cocaine
sales. A search of McNeal's person also revealed US currency
believed to be proceeds from drug sales. Both men were arrested and transported
to the Sheriff's Department . The investigation revealed that the
two men had split the proceeds from the cocaine
transaction that had just taken place.
McNeal
and Wilson were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

Timothy C. McNeal 25, of Harrison Street in Paducah
Charges: Complicity
to Trafficking in 1st degree controlled substance Cocaine 2nd
offense (A class "B" felony punishable by 10-20 years in
prison)
Arrested: Larry
J. Wilson 24, of Martin Luther King Boulevard in Paducah
Charges: Two
counts of Trafficking in 1st degree controlled
substance-Cocaine (A class "C" felony punishable by 5-10
years in prison) Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia

In a separate investigation McCracken County Sheriff's
Detectives executed a search warrant at 621 Wheeler Street in
Paducah on January 21, 2010 just after midnight. A search of the
residence revealed a small amount of marijuana and assorted items
of drug paraphernalia. The investigation is on going.
