PADUCAH MAN ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY OF JAMES MARINE

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department along with James Marine security personnel have been investigating several burglaries and the theft of copper wire from James Marine since 11/20/2009.   That investigation has lead to the arrest of 39 year old Thomas W. Howard of Paducah.  Mr. Howard was arrested today for Burglary and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500.00.  Mr. Howard was lodged in the McCracken County Jail. This is an on going investigation and additional suspects are expected to be charged.

Burglary in the third degree is a class D Felony ( 3 charges )

Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500.00 is a class D Felony ( 3 charges )
