PADUCAH MAN ARRESTED FOR IDENTITY THEFT

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department has been investigating David L. Heflin Jr. for using the identity of his ex-wife to acquire utilities at his residence where he resides with his girlfriend and her daughter. That investigation has lead to his arrest today. Mr. Heflin is 24 year of age and resides here in Paducah.  Mr. Heflin was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

Theft of Identity of Another without consent is a Class D Felony.
