At 11:00 am a 2001 Ford Focus driven by Laura Taylor of Hardin Ky. lost control on the west bound I-24 bridge crossing over Husband Rd. and began spinning on the slick bridge.  Another west bound vehicle driven by Josiah Curtis of Hazel Ky. attempted to avoid the Taylor vehicle and struck her in the rear.  The Taylor vehicle came to rest partially in the median facing east and the Curtis vehicle struck the Taylor vehicle again in the front coming to rest in the left lane of I-24. Two passengers in the Curtis vehicle were transported to Lourdes Hospital for possible injuries by Mercy Regional Ambulance.  Laura Taylor was taken by private vehicle to the hospital complaining of neck pain.  Assisting at the scene was Reidland Farley Fire Dept.
