Multiple Individuals Arrested Following Early Morning Raids

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department arrested 21 individuals on various charges and cited one juvenile after executing five early morning search warrants. 
 
On February 4, 2010 at approximately 6:00 am the McCracken County Sheriff's Department assisted by the Kentucky State Police,  the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force,  the Cabinet for Families and Children, Mercy Region Ambulance Service, the McCracken County Jail, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Grave's County Sheriff's Department, the Benton Police Department and the Ballard County Sheriff's Department executed search warrants at four different Glenn Street apartments in Lone Oak simultaneously.  A search of the apartments revealed marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. As a result of the search warrants officers arrested seven individuals on drug offenses and two individuals on outstanding warrants on Glenn Street.
 
  In a separate investigation on the same date at approximately 7:00 am  the McCracken County Sheriff Department assisted by the same agencies listed above executed a fifth search warrant at 211 North Concord in the Lone Oak area. Officers found the residence to occupied by 16 individuals, some of which were juveniles. A search of the residence revealed quantities of marijuana, methamphetamine, assorted drug paraphernalia and numerous containers of alcohol. Additionally detectives located and seized four firearms (three shotguns and one handgun) that were hidden in a bedroom closet. One of the firearms, a .38 caliber revolver was hidden inside a wall in a closet and was suspended on a string.
 
Later in the morning (9:52 am) a McCracken County Sheriff's Deputy was called to investigate a theft that had occurred from a vehicle  some time during the night on Point of View Drive in Paducah. The victim alleged that sometime during the night someone had stolen a Browning Shotgun and a cd player from an unlocked vehicle on Point of View Drive. Detectives later confirmed that they had recovered the Shotgun and CD player taken from Lake Point Drive and charged two individuals in relation to the stolen items. As a result of the search warrant on North Concord Avenue twelve individuals were arrested six on drug offenses, three for unlawful transaction with a minor-alcohol related, two relating to the stolen firearm and the CD player and two on outstanding warrants. 
 
Officers also arrested two individuals on outstanding arrest warrants that alleged that they sold a controlled substance to undercover officers during the month of December.

Additionally officers charged a 17 year old Juvenile with marijuana possession.
