Sheriff's Department Seeks Help In Locating Wanted Man

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department Drug Division is asking for your assistance in locating Brent W. Dixon 27, of Paducah.
 
On 01-28-2010 Marshall County Sheriff's Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Ricks Road in Marshall County. A search of the residence revealed numerous methamphetamine labs, a large quantity of methamphetamine and several meth precursors. Marshall County Sheriff's Detectives arrested Mikael R. Morgan 27, of Calvert City in connection with the items found at the Ricks Road residence. 
 
Additionally detectives located evidence at the Ricks Road residence leading them to believe that Brent W. Dixon 27, of Paducah was also involved with the methamphetamine manufacturing occurring at the residence. 
 
A joint investigation conducted by Marshall and McCracken County Sheriff's Detectives revealed that on 12-16-2010 Morgan provided Dixon with money to purchase pseudoephedrine from a Paducah Pharmacy. Dixon gave Morgan the pseudoephedrine that was later used at the Ricks Road residence to manufacture methamphetamine.
 
Dixon was indicted by a McCracken County Grand Jury on 02-19-2010 for unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor and being a persistent felony offender. Dixon was on felony probation at the time he committed this offense for trafficking in a controlled substance.
 
Dixon is aware that he is wanted and is believed to be staying in McCracken or Graves Counties with friends or family.
 
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Brent Dixon is asked to call crimestoppers at 270-443-TELL. Individuals with information leading to the arrest of Dixon maybe eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.

Charges: Unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor (A class "D" felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison)  and 2nd degree persistent felony offender (A class "C" felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison)
